All of our products are currently made to order, and are only manufactured after your order is received. Due to the high costs of manufacturing within Australia we unfortunately are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully.
If it is your first order, or first time ordering a certain style and you aren't too sure of your size for that garment type, we are happy to exchange over for another size for you. Please email email@example.com to arrange this, and ensure you know your correct size that you would like to exchange for. However please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on order placed during a sale period, orders where a discount code was used, or orders placed within a promotional period (including freebie offers and orders which receive free garments). You can find some further info on special offer, sale and promo periods here.
Please note that for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for earrings or underwear.
In order to avoid buying the incorrect size please refer to our Sizing Chart. If you are still unsure of your size, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our team would be more than happy to assist.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your goods and we will organise a replacement for you ASAP. We inspect all products however due to the large quantity of garments we make we do make the occasional mistake, which we are happy to rectify as soon as we can.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not except returns on orders placed during special offer periods where free gifts were included in your order or during sale period times. If you are worried you might need to return/exchange your items, please do not order within a special offer/sale period.
