Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process your order within 96 hours of it being placed. During high traffic periods, such as after releases, please allow extra processing time. Please note that most of our products are made for a short run so demand is extremely high, therefore on occasions Living Dead Clothing may take a few extra days to catch up with processing orders. Your patience and consideration is appreciated.
Made to Order (MTO)
We now offer some products to be purchased (MTO) whereby we specially make your piece and endeavour to deliver it to you after 10-12 days. Please be patient though as we need to put as much love into them as we do with all our other products.
When We Ship
Living Dead Clothing ships orders everyday including public holidays except for international orders which are shipped according to Australia Post office trading times (Monday-Friday).
Living Dead Clothing will email you to confirm the order and again at the time of dispatch.
Once an order has left LDC HQ, it is in the care of Australia Post and/or Fastway and your local postal service. Living Dead Clothing is not liable for any errors made by these services under any circumstance.
Delivery within Australia
Fastway Couriers have proven to be a reliable, speedy and trustworthy method of shipping.
We will then send out your order using Fastway. Remote locations and PO Boxes are sent using Australia Post.

In some countries, customs or import duties may be charged. These charges MUST be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot provide an estimate of what they may be. For International Customers please note that the tracking number you get is applicable for your local carrier as well as your package gets transferred to them when it gets in your country, here is a list of the world's carriers.
